1、市场拓展与客户开发
• 积极开展市场调研,深入了解行业动态、竞争对手情况及客户需求,为公司制定市场策略提供有力依据;
• 利用各种渠道和资源,开拓新客户,建立并维护良好的客户关系;
• 参与各类行业展会、研讨会等活动,提升公司品牌知名度,拓展业务渠道;
2、商务谈判与合同管理
• 负责与客户进行商务谈判,争取最有利的合作条件,确保公司利益最大化;
• 审核、签订各类商务合同,严格把控合同条款,防范法律风险;
• 跟进合同执行情况,协调解决合同履行过程中出现的问题,确保客户准时回款;
3、客户关系维护
• 定期回访客户,了解客户对公司产品和服务的满意度,及时反馈客户意见和建议;
• 处理客户投诉和问题,提供高效的解决方案,提升客户满意度和忠诚度。
1、本科及以上学历,具有1-3年以上出海广告商务工作经验,有大媒体经验者优先;
2、良好的市场开拓能力和客户关系管理能力,能够独立完成客户开发和维护;
3、具有较强的商务谈判能力,对回款负责;
4、具备较强的抗压能力和应变能力,能够适应高强度的工作节奏;
5、具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神,能够与不同职能的人员协作完成工作任务。
薪资范围:8-10kRMB

Job Responsibilities
  • Market Development: Develop and maintain overseas market clients with a core focus on acquiring new customers.
  • Business Negotiation: Lead business negotiations on TikTok, drive contract signing and implementation for advertising agency, influencer marketing and channel cooperation projects.
  • Client Management: Maintain long-term client relationships, follow up on client demands regularly, and increase repurchase rate and in-depth cooperation.
  • Competitor Analysis: Research industry trends and peer dynamics to optimize business strategies.
  • Cross-department Collaboration: Cooperate with marketing, operation and media teams to deepen project cooperation including live-stream sales, brand exposure and other related businesses.
