 Job Description 1. Primary Purpose and Function | HR Operations  -         Develop and continuously update HR policies and ensure  compliance -         Onboarding and offboarding for employees -         Advise and work with department heads on disciplinary actions  -         Ensure proper filing of employee’s personal data in line with  the PDPA Law |  |  | Learning and  Talent development -         Develop and implement career roadmap for all functions -         Identify learning need and develop annual training calendar -     Deliver learning solutions through various learning channels and  working with internal SMEs and external partners -         Conduct training evaluation and maintain training records |  |  | Talent  Acquisition -         Manage end to end recruitment process -         Build local employer branding -         Develop and continuously assess various recruitment channels -         Work with SMEs and external vendors  for assessment and selection tools -         Build and maintain a talent pool -         Headcount budget planning -       Prepare and advice line manager to ensure JDs and organization  structure are up-to-date  |  |  | Attendance and  Payroll -         Attendance  report and analysis -   Prepare  and Coordinate payroll, SSO, IIT related to employee compensation and  benefits according to schedule |  |  | Performance  Management -   Manage end-to-end performance management process with department  heads and employees -       Develop and manage the annual performance review  -       Facilitate the performance feedback process |  |  | Employee  Relations -       Ensure HR and Admin provides satisfactory employment services  with all level -       Plan and organize employee engagement activities -       Define and drive organization values and culture -       Grievance handling and employee counseling -       Coaching department heads and employees -       Conduct employee engagement survey and drive improvement actions |  |  | Reporting -       Generate weekly, monthly and annual as well as ad hoc HR reports -       Develop and report on HR KPIs through HR dashboard |  |  | Office  Administration -   Manage day-to-day office administration including but not  limited to arrangement of expatriate visa application,  travelling and accommodation, meeting room management, stationeries, security  and cleaning  |  |  | Workplace SHE -         Provide safety training and drills to enforce best SHE practices  in the workplace -         Document, investigate and report on all SHE accidents and drive  corrective actions -         Promote safety programs and policies to reduce the number of  accidents and injuries  |  | 
 
 2. Qualifications   | Education -         Bachelor's  degree in HR, management or  related disciplines. |  | Experience -    At  least 3 years of professional experience in human resources preferably within the jewelry manufacturing industry   -         Experience in recruiting in the manufacturing  sector -         Knowledge and experience in finance is an advantage -     Good  command in both written and spoken English and Thai, proficiency in Chinese  a definite advantage -         Working knowledge of Thai labor law and experience in  handling labor disputes  -         Proficient  in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) -         Experience in handling work permit and visa application for foreign staff. |  | Others -         Mature,  confident and has good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills -         Attention  to detail, strong in execution, and able to work independently |
